Purchasing a ready-made company digitally or notarially
All companies created and established for sale by us (excluding previously operating companies) can be acquired electronically by signing all documents digitally with an ID card, Mobile ID, or Smart ID. E-business registry->.
Companies established for sale with a share capital of 10,000 euros can be acquired through a digitally signed simple written contract. This allows you to acquire a ready-made company without leaving your home or office.
This is the fastest, simplest, and most cost-effective form of transaction. Convenient and time-saving!
A notarial form of transaction is indispensable if even one buyer or board member does not have the capability to provide a digital signature. Additionally, a notarial form of transaction is required for the purchase of previously established companies.
