Ready-made companies (OÜ)
- Creation of ready-made companies on order digitally: 345€ (buyers and board members have possibility to sign digitally)
- Digital sale of ready-made companies: 345€ (buyers and board members have possibility to sign digitally)
- Notarial sale of ready-made companies: 555€ (required if even one participant cannot sign digitally)
Establishing a limited liability company (OÜ)
- Establishment in e-business register: 345€ (founders and board members have possibility to sign digitally)
- Notarial establishment: 395€ + 8€ for each additional board member
Establishing a non-profit association (MTÜ)
- Establishment in e-business register: 106€ (founders and board members have possibility to sign digitally)
- Notarial establishment: 150€ + 8€ for each additional board member
Accounting Services
The monthly fee primarily depends on the number of accounting entries per month. Each invoice, receipt, or voucher counts as 1 entry, each line on a bank statement counts as 1 entry, payroll processing typically generates about 5 entries per month, each fixed asset counts as 1 entry per month, etc.
Monthly fee based on the number of entries:
- Up to 25 entries: 50-65€
- Up to 50 entries: 65-80€
- Up to 75 entries: 80-100€
- Up to 100 entries: 100-125€
- Up to 150 entries: 125-150€
- Up to 200 entries: 150-185€
- Up to 300 entries: 185-270€
Annual fee for companies that do not require monthly handling (non-VAT registered, without employees, without car fringe benefits, etc.):
- 60-400€ depending on the volume of documents and transactions, the specifics of the company’s activities, and the time required.
Other fees:
- Payroll accounting: 3€ per employee per month
- Tax accounting for car fringe benefits: 10€ per car per month
- Statistical reports: 8€ each
- Multi-currency accounting: 10€ per currency per month
- Internal accounting regulations: 40€ one-time fee
- Annual financial report for regular clients: one monthly fee, but not less than 60€
- Additional Merit Aktiva cloud user (full access): 15€
Business register procedures and other services
- Making registry changes from 8€0 (includes business name and articles of association changes, location change, change in share capital, change of board members, etc.)
- Company restructuring from 390€
- Company mergers and divisions from 500€
Additional state fees, notary fees, auditor fees, etc., apply according to the specific procedure.
- Business consultations: 40€ per hour
- Contact person service: 360€ per year
- Drafting contracts, regulations, meeting minutes and other documents: as agreed upon.
